* In front of a packed crowd in Tokyo's Differ Ariake, KJPW hit its second biggest stop before "THE NEW WORLD" on 4/28 in Ota Ward Gymnasium. The sold out TV taping was headlined by the ever-important Semi Final round of the tournament to crown the first HEC Tag Team Champions, in addition to another preliminary skirmish between the HEC Heavyweight Champion TAKU and "The Dream Catcher" Norihiro Akashi before their 4/28 showdown. Added on top of that was the arrival of Akashi's LEGION allies from EXODUS Pro-Wrestling -- Daisuke Iwakuma and Kameron Chase -- The Ninth Gate.

[Results] "SECOND STAGE ~ Birth By Soul," 2013.02.08 @ Differ Ariake

- Two weeks following their debut event in Osaka, KJPW returned with its follow up convention in Tokyo, drawing a respectable crowd of enthusiastic fans. Before gong time, Naoki Fukuda, Go Taniguchi, and other members of the roster greeted fans as they entered the hall. As fans continued filing in, a dark match was held between rookies Shinji Uchikawa and Yutaka Awano in front of much of the KJPW roster. Both wrestlers displayed exemplary polish when it came to the fundamental basics of pro-wrestling. Despite being a "dark" match, the fans who arrived were very supportive. Awano in particular struck a cord with the fans with his animated personality. Unfortunately for Awano, he would be bested by Uchikawa a textbook German Suplex hold proceeding a lengthy crab hold submission.

[News] 2/08 Differ Ariake Card, Kazuma Fujita's Final Run

- At a press conference held at Tokyo's Fighting Café Colosseo, Kazuma Fujita announced the full card for KJPW's next event this coming Friday from Differ Ariake. The main attraction bout will see the "Historic First Meeting" between the KJPW seikigun and Kenji Tanamura's ARMADA faction, as Naoki Fukuda and Go Taniguchi face Tanamura and his strongest disciple, Yuichi Miwa. While both sides have been friendly, the hunger to be the strongest will no doubt bring the competition out of them. In a continuation from the last card, the semi final bout will see the re-united "Sumo Brothers" team up once more as Chikao Kessin and Masafuji Yoshida battle SPIRIT International's Seiji Ebisawa and Katsumi Gakusha. Thus far, SI have been largely not welcomed by the majority of wrestlers within KJPW, but it might be due to their brazen arrogance after crashing the initial press conference to announce KJPW's formation, insisting on their inclusion. In fact, the faction has been seemingly stirring trouble for the locker room after befriending a frustrated TAKU following his loss to Naoki Fukuda.
