* With the first two rounds in the books, all that remains are the final championship rounds to be held four days from now in Korakuen Hall! With only four fighters left, the stakes could not be even bigger as the prestigious Emperor's Cup, in addition to the HEC Heavyweight Title are up for grabs! All four men would make for honorable and strong champions. However, there is only room for ONE at the top of the mountain. Who will reign as King?
The rest of the card has been filled out as well now that the herd has been thinned from 8-to-4. Perhaps the biggest match added is a bit eight-man tag match pitting the Kazuma Fujita-led KJPW team against Seiji Ebisawa and SPIRIT International.
And as previously announced, two groups of foreigners are set to make their debuts on the card. First, KJPW will officially kick off its working relationship with San Diego-based group EXODUS Pro-Wrestling as it dispatches three of its promising, hard-hitting fighters to face the KJPW's "Young Boy Guard" made up of rookies Shinji Uchikawa, Tsutomu Nishioka, and Yutaka Awano! On paper, the match appears completely one-sided, with the KJPW rookies having seemingly no chance of winning. However, it will prove to be a very profitable learning experience for the three. And of course, you never know when a miracle may present itself in the pro-wrestling ring...
James Goodwin Jr. and "BIG" Jon Goodwin, "Double Goodwin" are set to make their Japanese landing as a tandem as well. Being the sons of Foreign Legend James Goodwin, there are some heavy expectations heaped upon these two promising wrestlers. While adopted, "Junior" possesses the most experience and ring presence of the team, while his younger brother Jon brings the added size and strength his father was known for; to compensate for his lack of experience.
