* In front of a full house of over 3,500 fans, KJPW put on its largest singular card to date, with the awaited HEC Heavyweight Title Bout between the man looking for his V2 defense -- TAKU, and the enigmatic Challenger before known as Norihiro Akashi -- but now preferring to be called the Dream Catcher. Would TAKU succeed in defending his crown, or would the "Choujin" era end as soon as it began -- ushering in the era of the Nightmare Child?
Further more, what would be the fate of the HEC Tag Team Championship? After a competitive field of eight teams, we've narrowed it down to the top two, as FukuRiki -- Naoki Fukuda and Riki Fukuda faced Akashi's SPIRIT International allies -- Seiji Ebisawa and Katsumi Gakusha. There is no greater wound to a loyal wrestler than when a championship falls into enemy hands. While certainly the main had this threat looming overhead as well. However, one could argue that Ebisawa and Gakusha -- two wrestlers completely removed from the Burning Path most of KJPW's roster has followed -- becoming the first team to be named HEC Tag Team Champions would be an even bigger blemish to KJPW's image. In KJPW's short history, the stakes have never been bigger than this.

After the card-opening gong, the familiar rookie theme of "THE
SHOWDOWN" would cue the entrance of Shinji Uchikawa and Tsutomu Nishioka,
along with Yutaka Awano and Yukio Kisanuki of the rookie class. After a
staggered entrance, both sides met in a friendly tag match to gauge their
strengths since debuting in January. The four rookies put on a competitive
match full of finesse and charm. Each wrestler got the opportunity to shine:
Nishioka with his graceful dropkick, Awano with his "SHI NE! (Die!)"
Senton, Kisanuki with his slick ground work, and of course; Uchikawa getting
the better of Awano in a cradle exchange to give he and Nishioka the victory a
mere 24-seconds before the 10-minute time limit!
The
enthusiastic crowd applauded the efforts of the four rookies. After some
hesitation, the beaten Awano worked up the courage to politely request the
microphone, causing a large "A-WA-NO!" chant to break out! This
seemed to only make Awano more nervous... Finally gaining the nerve, he first
thanked the fans for their support -- with an accompanying bow to all four
sides. Naturally, the three other rookies followed suite. Awano then
half-bemoaned the fact that he was less than 30-seconds from making it to the
draw deadline. While it was a small victory, he noted that it would be a
victory none the less. A rematch was proposed for 5/11 in Osaka. Acknowledging
that there appears to be a large gap between Uchikawa and the others, Awano
proposed that if they draw, or better -- WIN in Osaka, a proper reward be
provided. Awano said he would like chocolate cake. Uchikawa however said he had
an alternate idea...

The intensity picked up in the next match, as the two plucky wards of Kenji
Tanamura -- the "Ballistics Tiger" Harumi Sakai and Yusaku Kitajima
of ARMADA faced the two collectively known as the Ninth Gate -- Daisuke Iwakuma
and Kameron Chase of LEGION. Led to the ring by Daisuke's companion -- Audrey
Lloris, Iwakuma and Chase were met with a mixed reaction by the Tokyo fans. The
tipping point however came as Iwakuma struck the same arched-crucifix pose he
and Akashi used at Differ Ariake on 4/23, with the fans responding with
unanimous boos... This only helped out Sakai and Kitajima, who had gained
3,500+ new fans without even having to do anything.
The
match opened heavy with Iwakuma and Sakai feeling the other out with slick mat
wrestling. Naturally, the devilish Iwakuma pushed the limits of Sakai's
patience with various unsporting tactics. Before long, Sakai showed his temper
with a wild flurry of slaps and kicks -- forcing Iwakuma into the corner! The
referee's prompt for the break allowed Sakai a moment to collect himself --
which in turn allowed Iwakuma to charge out of the corner, BOOTING SAKAI WITH A
KENKA KICK! Amidst the jeers of the fans, the Ninth Gate took over control of
the match after Daisuke tagged out to Chase. Together, the two demonstrated
fluid teamwork; including many combinations never rarely seen in Japan. Daisuke
and Chase took turns attacking Sakai while Kitajima watched on eagerly from the
apron. Just as the Ninth Gate looked to increase the damage, Sakai blocked
Daisuke's Shining Wizard attempt -- before countering with one of his own! After
making the tag to Kitajima, ARMADA made their spirited comeback with good
teamwork of their own. Kitajima and Chase had a fast and fierce exchange of
blows and holds, culminating with Chase pulling a page out of Kitajima's book
by trapping him in a Triangle Choke -- WHILE HANGING OVER THE TOP ROPE! Upon
Referee Haruhiro Hirata's five count -- Chase broke the hold, before striking
what is now being called the "LEGION pose" -- to the continued jeers
of the crowd... Moments later however, the solid communication between the
Ninth Gate suffered a hiccup after attempting their Broken Wing's double team
attack. However, as Daisuke lifted Kitajima up, Chase would be cut off by
Harumi Sakai! The confusion would allow Kitajima to counter Daisuke's attack in
mid-motion with a forward-rolling cradle for a 2.5 count! While Chase and Sakai
battled it out at ringside, Kitajima unloaded a machine-like combination of
blows, topping with a leaping Enzuigiri! With the fans going wildly for the
Kitajima -- the underdog, Kitajima measured the staggered Iwakuma with a final
killing blow... However, as he threw his right shin towards Daisuke's temple,
the hand of LEGION would DUCK -- giving him the opportunity to hook Kitajima's
arms... In one swift motion, Daisuke SPIKED Kitajima with a nasty Cobra Clutch
Suplex Daisuke calls the Deadly Premonition! The Tokyo fans reacted with
natural horror at the velocity of Kitajima's landing. As the "Perfect
Evil" went for the cover however, they were overjoyed as Kitajima found
the power to kick out at 2.5! In doing so however, Kitajima expended the last
of his reserves. With almost nothing left, he was easy pickings for Daisuke,
who relished the opportunity to drag Kitajima's limp body from behind, before
scooping him up and SPIKING HIM ATOP HIS HEAD in one fluid motion, shocking the
fans! Thanks to being restrained by Kameron Chase, Kitajima's partner; Harumi
Sakai could do nothing but watch as Daisuke nonchalantly covered his Kouhai
with a knee as Referee Hirata counted the three!
If
the fans were mixed before, they were clearly decided in their dislike for
Daisuke and Chase -- the Ninth Gate. The two, along with their manager Audrey
Lloris attempted to pose triumphant over Kitajima's body. However, Harumi Sakai
was quick to rescue his younger classman. The LEGION trio took their leave --
satisfied with their victory.

In the following match, Go Taniguchi and Kazuki Sendo of the Seikigun side
faced SPIRIT International's Shino Hiriyama and Sean King. Being that it
involved the "KING OF COMEDY" Go Taniguchi; the match couldn't help
but be largely slapstick. The early going saw King of all people play into Go's
comedy for a brief period of time -- before coming to his senses and clobbering
the 193cm Go. King's improv' skills actually seemed to endear him to the crowd
more. However, when finally pushed to his limit, the vicious side of Sean King
showed itself; leading to a brawl all over ringside. This in turn brought some
of the savage out of Go, who very rarely has shown much aggression as a
wrestler -- even after dropping his Hisai Tomagotchi character. This gave way
however to Sendo and Hiriyama, who put on a masterful display of speed and rope
work -- further showing their fiery chemistry. Sendo showed a bit of his
arrogance after catching Hiriyama with a lightning-quick one-footed dropkick
off the ropes. The SMACK echoed throughout the building -- enough to garner a
round of applause, which inspired Sendo to strike a cocky pose. This didn't sit
well with Hiriyama, who was several years his senior; as "Mr. SHINO"
ignored the effects of the blow to leap to his feet and BLAST Sendo in the face
with a boot of his own -- before breaking into a fit of stomps and kicks! The
onslaught was enough to force Sendo rolling to the outside. Shino didn't waste
the chance to show up the pretty boy, and came racing off the ropes... As he
torpedoed through the middle rope however -- HE CAME UP EMPTY as Sendo narrowly
avoided the Tope Suicida! Shooting himself directly into the steel railing,
Hiriyama needed a brief moment to recover -- long enough for King and Taniguchi
to bring their fight to him... This set the stage for Sendo, who went one step
above Shino to perform his amazing CLUTCH TOPE -- a no-touch Top Con Giro over
the top rope! Sendo's glory would be short-lived however, as in the end of a
hot closing stretch; Shino Hiriyama would once again edge him out -- this time
with his Signature Series of cradles!
The
quick and sudden end left nothing decided between Sendo and Shino, who butted
heads following the match. Taniguchi and Sean King as well traded words.
Backstage, Go admitted to having a very basic understanding of English, and wondered
aloud what a "backwoods retard" was. He wondered if it was delicious.

After weeks of trash talk, Mamoru Sekishima and Tetsuji Kawamura -- MONSTER
HEAD DUO faced the Brothers Goodwin, James and "Big" Jon head-on in
an explosive match between two teams eager to assert themselves as potential
challengers to the winner of tonight's HEC Tag Team Title Tournament Final. The
action got underway before the ring entrances could be completed -- as
Sekishima and Kawamura ambushed Double Goodwin during their scheduled arrival!
All four men brawled violently all over ringside, and even into the crowd
following a hefty lariat from "BIG" Jon sent Kawamura into the laps
of some excited female fans... After almost five minutes of a wild fight,
Mamoru and Jon took their exchange to the ring -- where Referee Hirata
officially called a start to the match! The growing cohesiveness of MONSTER
HEAD DUO came through as he and Kawamura made quick tags to try and wear down
the younger Goodwin son in the corner. Eventually however, the over-eager
Kawamura took more than he could handle after a flurry of chops prompted
"BIG" Jon to return the favor in kind. After being floored by Jon's
raw power, Tetsuji found himself grounded further with an ugly, but painful
chin lock. Before long, Jon made the quick tag to his older brothers, James
Goodwin Jr., who took over where Jon left off with the chin lock. Shortly
thereafter, Tetsuji was able to show his growing resourcefulness by chomping
down on James’ thumb! Using the referee's five-count to its fullest, Kawamura
forced the older Goodwin to let up. After landing a kick to the stomach,
Kawamura threw James into the corner before tagging out to Sekishima, who was
able to demonstrate his combined technique and strength by effortlessly grabbing
James by the waist and HURLING HIM across the mat with an elegant looking Greco
Throw! After taking everything Mamoru threw at him -- including a plethora of
brutal knees to the body, James waited long enough to duck a wild lariat. Upon
the rebound, James BLASTED Mamoru in the face with a pin-point dropkick! In the
corner, James and Goodwin continued to wear down Mamoru with chops and stomps
while making quick tags. The pro-Japanese crowd was quick to get behind the
beefy Greco Superman in his various comeback attempts. He finally was able to
match "BIG" Jon in power with a hard flying shoulder block, which was
enough to take Jon off his feet! After tagging out to Kawamura, MHD ran wild
once again, hitting a double shoulder block on Jon -- followed with a string
connected moves one after another; climaxing with Mamoru amazingly dead-lifting
the 134kg "BIG" Jon with a German. With Jon suspended in the air,
Tetsuji came off the top rope -- SMASHING the side of his hip into Jon's face
to help complete the GERMAN SUPLEX! The momentum of the move sent Jon tumbling
into his corner, where he was fortunate to tag to his older brother, James!
While Junior fell victim to MHD's team work early on, he found a timely
opportunity to make a counterattack, along with giving Jon the chance to take
Mamoru to the outside. This in turn gave Tetsuji and James the stage for a
heated exchange of moves. The spotlight allowed Tetsuji to break free of
whatever remains of the "Tetsujin" image he carried as a young boy.
After thwarting a Superplex attempt, Tetsuji gained a sizable near fall after
catching the standing James with a diving double knee attack -- DRIVING the
older Goodwin brother into the mat! As Tetsuji tried repeating the move
however, the instinctual James Goodwin Jr. reached deep to BLAST Tetsuji with a
sickening boot to the face! This allowed Goodwin to follow through on the
Superplex he wanted! Even then, Tetsuji showed amazing heart by kicking out at
ONE! Amidst the amazed 3,700+ in the building, Tetsuji popped to his feet --
almost DARING James to come at him! He obliged, POPPING him back in return with
a nasty LEAPING BOOT to the face! James wasted no time in doubling Kawamura up,
and delivering the POWER COLLAPSE -- the same move he used to pin Tetsuji on
3/15! However, at the last possible second, Mamoru Sekishima made the diving
save to break up the pin! After "BIG" Jon threw Mamoru back to the
outside, James sealed Tetsuji's fate -- using the move his father made famous
over his long career -- the TERROR RIDE; a Standing Fireman's carry thrown into
a VIOLENT sit-out Powerbomb!
After
the match, Double Goodwin followed through on expectations -- demanding the
right to challenge the winner of tonight's HEC Tag Team Title Tournament Final.
The two further raised questions as they remained close to ringside for the
following match...

In late 2002, fresh from the training of renowned instructor Ryo Suzuki, Chikao
Kessin entered the arena of Osaka-based Pro-Wrestling FURY. Kessin had gained
notoriety for himself in the sport of Sumo prior by rising to the rank of
Ozeki. Kessin was drawn naturally to Masafuji Yoshida, who while failing to
become a Sumo in his youth -- proudly lived the lifestyle and philosophy of the
Sumo as a Pro-Wrestler. Together, the two would become one of modern Japanese
Pro-Wrestling's most endearing tag teams. As their team peaked however, many
pegged Kessin to potentially break out as a singles wrestler. However, for
whatever reasons, Kessin in one way or another would remained tied to Yoshida.
On 4/06, Chikao Kessin made the drastic decision to severe their decade-long
friendship in one slipping moment of built up frustration by smashing his
friend's face and dropping him on his head!
Decked
out in all black, the "BIG BOSS" Chikao Kessin entered with a march
as intimidating as his scowling look. The BIG BOSS greeted Double Goodwin at
ringside with subtle fist bump from both brothers. The circumstances naturally
made Yoshida sympathetic to the crowd -- who cheered on the lovable nise Sumo
wildly! Showing no fear, Yoshida took the fight to his former friend at the
sound of the bell, surprising Kessin. Neither man wanted to show any weakness,
and absorbed the increasingly brutal shots the other would throw. The pace was
pushed so fast that within the first three minutes of the match -- following a
thudding lariat attempt from Yoshida, Kessin shrugged his head and illustrated
his amazing power with effortlessly grabbing hold of Yoshida's girth and dumped
him on his head with the SEKAI ICHI NO BACKDROP! As Kessin covered, YOSHIDA
POWERED OUT AT ONE -- garnering a HUGE reaction from the Tokyo fans! Feeling
the support of the crowd, Yoshida was ready for the oncoming Chikao Kessin --
catching him a CRUSHING LARIAT -- KNOCKING KESSIN DOWN WITH ONE BLOW! After
shouting out to the crowd, Yoshida dragged the stunned Kessin to his feet,
before clutching his waist... In an incredible show of strength himself,
Yoshida lifted Kessin's 145kg frame as high as he could, before DROPPING HIM
WITH A BACKDROP OF HIS OWN! The fans were elated at Kessin getting his
comeuppance -- and were equally upset as the recovering Kessin caught the
over-eager Yoshida with a thudding left-handed BACK BLOW! Without even pausing,
the BIG BOSS followed with right-armed LARIAT! The moment marked a dramatic
change in momentum, as Kessin followed with ANOTHER SEKAI ICHI NO BACKDROP! The
fans vehemently booed as Kessin covered his former friend... ONLY TO COME
UNGLUED as Yoshida kicked out at 2.9! Surprisingly, Kessin showed not frustration,
but elation as he relished the chance to pull Yoshida up one final time, and
unleash a brand new weapon... Hooking Yoshida's arm, Kessin then proceeded to
grab hold of Yoshida's waist in addition. With the arm hooked alongside the
body, Kessin hoisted Yoshida up and SPIKED HIM ON HIS HEAD WITH AN ARM-CLUTCH
SEKAI ICHI NO BACKDROP! Yoshida’s body crashed to the mat – as if the result of
a violent car accident! Kessin covered the lifeless body of his former friend
as Referee Kajiwara rendered the three!
Fans
booed vociferously as Kessin posed over Yoshida’s fallen body – all while
Kessin gleefully took in his first-hand destruction. Almost immediately upon
the match concluding Double Goodwin
climbed onto the apron. After a brief tease, Kessin held his index finger and
thumb up to James Jr. and “BIG” Jon, who did the same. After being handed the
microphone, Kessin confirmed what most had figured out – announcing that he has
formed an unholy alliance of sorts with the sons of the “most terrorizing man
in history,” James Goodwin. He referred to their union as “Black Triad,” and
vowed to leave a path of devastation in their wake.

The next match was much more friendly and sporting as Kazuma Fujita teamed with
the “Nagoya Tower” Yujiro Higuchi to battle ARMADA’s top 2 – Kenji Tanamura and
Yuichi Miwa. Being a Kazuma Fujita match, the Tokyo fans were very into the
charismatic legend. Tanamura drew Fujita into an exchange of holds early on,
but was unable to do any sizable damage. While not as proficient as the
“Gladiator King” Tanamura, Fujita held his own in the encounter. After getting
to a standing position, Fujita asserted control with a kick to the stomach to
allow him to tag in the 194cm Yujiro Higuchi, who met the wry Tanamura’s kicks
with thudding chops and slaps. Before long however, the technique of the Gladiator King allowed him to subdue
Higuchi long enough to bring in his ward, “The Berserker” Yuichi Miwa, who
continued where Tanamura left off by using a volley of leg kicks and shots to
the body. After a flying mare, Miwa upped the voltage by throwing a hard soccer kick to the back! The shot
naturally provoked Higuchi to respond with a smacking chop to the chest. With the fans cheering (and groaning)
along with every sickening blow in this physical game of “can you top this,”
Miwa would get the better of the exchange after changing up from a body kick to
a high kick to the head – catching Higuchi completely off-base! ARMADA was able
to display their growing sense of teamwork as they demonstrated simple tags
in-and-out. However, problems arose as Miwa tried to keep Higuchi grounded with
a simple arm lock. Using his strength, Higuchi got to a standing position, with
Miwa hanging onto his arm for dear life! Even with letting go of the hold
preemptively, Higuchi stunned him
with the northern chop, before BLASTING
HIM WITH A JUMPING BOOT TO THE FACE! This gave way to Fujita making his way
back into the ring. With Higuchi, the two connected with a double block,
followed by a cheesy (but fitting) double elbow drop after clasping hands.
Fujita sized Miwa up for his trademark Lariat – to the delight of the crowd.
However, their enthusiasm was quickly deflated as Tanamura proactively cut Fujita off with a kneel kick!
Beloved by the crowd 99% of the time, Tanamura’s strategy did not sit well with
the fans… After Fujita tagged out to Higuchi, he and Miwa continued their
exchange into the closing moments of the match. With the fans slowly getting
being the fiery striker, Miwa came within moments of landing his match-ending Berserker Knee – only to see it blocked,
and countered with a mighty CHOKESLAM! Higuchi
sealed the deal with his Double Gauge
two-handed Choke Slam, giving him and Kazuma Fujita the win on this big show!
After
the match, Kazuma Fujita and Kenji Tanamura spoke in front of the fans. Tiring
of Fujita’s usual diffractions, Tanamura boldly asked his mentor who he had in
mind to face him on 5/31. While there was a modicum of humor in the exchange,
Tanamura’s sincerely shown through. “Fujita… You know what I am asking.” After some silence, Fujita acknowledged
Tanamura, and said that he did know…
“Tanamura,
Kenji… On May 31st… As I begin my final road in Professional Wrestling… Will you be my opponent in Osaka?” Showing how much this match
meant to Tanamura, the Gladiator King
gave no hesitation in responding. “FUJITA, KAZUMA! I AM YOUR OPPONENT FOR MAY
31ST! I WANT YOU AT YOUR ABSOLUTE BEST, because you’ll expect nothing less from me!” Tanamura’s
impassioned speech brought the fans to their feet with a round of applause.
Fujita and Tanamura faced off with a sporting handshake for the cameras
afterwards.

After two months, the time had finally come to crown the first HEC Tag Team
Champions. In a tournament that began with eight strong teams, only two now
remained as FukuRiki – Naoki Fukuda
and Riki Ichiro faced SPIRIT International’s Leader Seiji Ebisawa and Top
General Katsumi Gakusha. Being an HEC Title Match, the pre-match was given
similar treatment and gravitas as the HEC Heavyweight Title – complete with its
own pre-match theme music. CEO Shigesato Ishiyama presided over the
presentation and ceremonies, and was personally on hand to unveil the physical
HEC Tag Team Title Belts. The design is similar to the HEC Heavyweight Title,
but with a dark blue strap.
Despite
being the semifinal, the important Championship bout felt like a main event
encounter as the gong sounded to begin the match. Gakusha and Ichiro were eager
to start the match off against one another, after trading barbs – in addition
to falls in recent weeks. The two traded counters and grapples early on to feel
each other out; before reaching a dramatic stalemate. Things quickly picked up
after Gakusha foolishly drew Ichiro’s well-known temper out with a knife-edge
chop. Ichiro fired back with blistering chops; taking “Mr. DYNAMIC” by storm!
The onslaught of chops forced Gakusha into the opposing corner, which allowed
Riki to tag out to his partner – the “Invincible
Mastodon” Naoki Fukuda! The Tokyo fans responded wildly for the popular
Fukuda, who further punished Gakusha with crushing elbows to the side of the
neck. Before Fukuda could get going however, Gakusha cut him off with a timely
– and blatant rake of the eyes! Amidst the jeers of the fans, Gakusha dragged
the momentarily-blind Fukuda to his corner, where he tagged out to “Mr. Transcendence” Seiji Ebisawa, who
pelted Fukuda with jabs, which were more annoying than anything. The methodical
veteran – Ebisawa grounded Naoki with a flying mare before applying a standard
chin lock. Before long however, Ebisawa transitioned into a painful seated
Cobra Twist! After a few moments of wearing Fukuda down, Ebisawa relented, but
just long enough to keep Naoki settled by throwing another jab to the jaw. With
the support of the crowd, Naoki was able to fight his way back to his feet,
where he met Ebisawa’s jabs with his powerful elbows. While initially
staggered, the wily veteran Ebisawa took back control after sweeping Naoki into
the ropes, where he began throwing an increasingly powerful alternation of jabs
and chops. This brought Gakusha back in after being tagged in, who proceeded to
showcase his agility by sending Naoki into the ropes, and trying to leap frog over. Naoki however stopped – CATCHING Gakusha, before dumping him unceremoniously with a Spinebuster! This paved the way for
Naoki to tag out to the “Hot-Blooded Samurai” Riki Ichiro! After a plethora of
stomps, Ichiro pulled Gakusha up and had him rebounding off the ropes. Awaiting
Gakusha, Ichiro acted with a violent Powerslam!
Now it was FukuRiki’s turn to
ground-and-isolate as they took turns punishing Gakusha with a painful neck
vice. Gakusha would find his moment to strike minutes later after catching the
over-eager Ichiro with a precise dropkick to the knee, which sent Ichiro
tumbling forward. Gakusha would continue to target Ichiro’s leg for the next
few moments with a series of simple leg holds, before ultimately deciding on a
classic Figure Four Leg Lock! While
initially screaming in agony, the Hot-Blooded
Samurai fought Gakusha tooth and nail with slaps from the mat! However,
just as it seemed Riki was going to reach the ropes however, Gakusha received a
huge assist in the form of a DIVING KNEE
DROP FROM EBISAWA ILLEGALLY! While Ebisawa was admonished by the referee,
Gakusha dragged Ichiro back to his corner, where he quickly swapped places with
Ebisawa, who grounded Ichiro with a body slam, followed by a hefty elbow drop
across the chest. A long, draining chin lock followed for the next few moments
– long enough to draw the fans into rallying behind Ichiro. The amazing support
inspired Riki to fight back to his feet, where he ultimately landed a fast
Backdrop to break Ebisawa’s grip! As Ebisawa scrambled back to his feet in an
attempt to seize back control, Ichiro was there to cut him off at the pass – BLASTING HIM WITH A STANDING LARIAT! Putting
everything he had into it, Ichiro collapsed to the mat in addition to Ebisawa.
This made way for a rousing chant of “I-CHI-RO!” After shaking off the damage
of Ebisawa’s offense, Ichiro tagged out to Naoki Fukuda – just in time for
Gakusha to tag himself in! The two fresh men traded fast-and-furious blows back
and forth. After whipping Gakusha into the ropes however, Fukuda was in for a
surprise after tossing Mr. DYNAMIC
into the air – WHO BLASTED FUKUDA WITH A
HARD DROPKICK! The timing was so perfect that even the pro-KJPW crowd
couldn’t help but be impressed with Gakusha, and showed so with a round of
applause. The shot was enough to send the Invincible
Mastodon to the outside, where Gakusha responded promptly – FLYING ONTO FUKUDA WITH A TOPE SUICIDA! Ebisawa
joined the action after knocking Ichiro off the apron, leading to a brief
interlude of outside brawling. Naturally, the uncouth Ebisawa and Gakusha
flourished in this environment, while being aided by the loose assistance of
fellow SPIRIT International members Shino Hiriyama and Sean King. However, as
the referee’s ring out count reached 15, FukuRiki
both reached deep to strike with simultaneous lariats to knock Ebisawa and
Gakusha down! Understanding one another completely, FukuRiki both threw their opponents back into the ring – to the
thunderous applause of the fans! With Ichiro subduing Ebisawa, Fukuda dealt
severe damage to Gakusha with after pressing him above his head. Following four clean presses, the Invincible Mastodon dropped Gakusha across
his shoulder, before plowing him into
the mat with an Oklahoma Stampede – completing the Mastodon Pump! This led to the first near fall of the match, with
Gakusha being forced to use the last of his reserves by kicking out at 2.5! Giving Riki his shot, Naoki tagged
himself out before dragging Ebisawa to the outside. After sizing Gakusha up,
Ichiro signaled the end by warming up his right arm for his patented Riki Lariat! However, as Riki swung
violently – Gakusha countered into a
snapping BLESSFUL (Ace) CRUSHER! The match was nearly decided here, as
Gakusha covered – with Ichiro kicking out
at 2.5! While Ebisawa and Fukuda battled on the outside, Ichiro and Gakusha
met each other head on after getting to their feet with shots back and forth.
Gakusha’s chest lit up bright red as a result of the “Hot-Tempered Samurai’s”
blistering knife-edge chops! However, Gakusha would begrudgingly earn the
respect of the crowd by fighting back with hard slaps to the chest! This led to
them trading lariats. Naturally, this was an unwise move for Mr. DYNAMIC, who was going up against a
man who has fashioned himself one of the strongest lariats in Japan! After one
final lariat, Gakusha’s body hit the canvas – to the applause and cheers of the
crowd! Ichiro covered Gakusha, sensing the end! However, Ebisawa would make the
save at 2.5! SPIRIT International briefly appeared to have the two-on-one over
Ichiro. However, after ducking a timely double lariat, both he and the returning Naoki Fukuda met
Ebisawa and Gakusha with stereo lariats! After sending throwing to Ebisawa to
the floor, Naoki shouted “FINISH IT,
RIKI!!” After Naoki left to further restrain Ebisawa, Riki winded up his
lariat arm yet again! Like before however, as he swung, Gakusha tried to
counter once more with the Blessful Crusher – only for Riki to shove Gakusha off! As Gakusha rebounded into the
ropes, Ichiro threw a half-hearted standing lariat! The force was enough to
knock Gakusha back into the ropes to set himself up for another lariat! But AGAIN, Gakusha telegraphed it by going
once more for the Blessful Crusher! Gakusha came within moments of pulling off the move – only for Ichiro to grab hold and
bring Gakusha back to his feet! After ducking a wild back elbow, Ichiro scooped
Gakusha up vertically – teasing the NORTHERN
LIGHT BOMB! Before Riki could spike him however, Gakusha landed a quick
knee strike to the top of Riki’s head to break the attempt! The exchange
continued until Ichiro finally sent Gakusha into the corner. As Riki followed
with a lariat, Gakusha acted – leaping
through the middle rope, and BLASTING the charging Ichiro with a unique
kick to the face! The blow was enough to stun Ichiro, and allow Gakusha to lift
him onto the top rope! After a flurry of elbows, Gakusha began to carefully
lift Ichiro across his shoulders in a Fireman’s carry… Realizing Gakusha was
setting up for something big, Ichiro began fighting with quick elbows… It
appeared that he would escape Gakusha’s grasp – UNTIL A TIMELY GUU PUNCH FROM EBISAWA ON THE APRON! The shot sent a
sickening CRACK reverberating all
over the gymnasium! The knockout blow allowed Gakusha to follow through with
his plan… The fans even quieted to concerned hush as Gakusha carefully climbed
to the top rope – with Ichiro across his
shoulders! While Ebisawa held Fukuda at bay outside, Gakusha swung Ichiro’s
lower body as he HURLED himself
backwards – DRIVING ICHIRO’S FACE INTO
THE MAT WITH AN AVALANCHE TKO! Gakusha immediately made the cover – AND GOT THE THREE COUNT! SPIRIT
International become the first holders of the HEC Tag Team Titles!
Despite
their outside affiliation, the fans received Gakusha and Ebisawa’s well-earned
victory with cheers and applause – while still expressing their appreciation
and support for Ichiro and Naoki, who quickly left to the back… In the ring,
Ebisawa and Gakusha were awarded their brand new Title belts to the elation of
Sean King and Shino Hiriyama. Backstage, Gakusha once again challenged Ichiro
to a WWA National Heavyweight Title Match – vowing to bring another
Championship to SPIRIT International. Ebisawa was a bit more sporting in his
words, and praised FukuRiki for their
determination. In the end however, they weren’t strong enough. Before Ebisawa
could continue however, they were confronted by Black Triad! Chikao Kessin challenged the new Champions on behalf
of Double Goodwin – James Goodwin Jr.
and “BIG” Jon Goodwin. Ebisawa acknowledged their win tonight, and said he
considered them to be the #1 contenders. However, he sarcastically said he’d
defer to KJPW’s management to make that determination.

Since his arrival on 4/06, Norihiro Akashi – The Dream Catcher has had the Japanese wrestling world talking.
After controversially leaving Japan to travel across the United States, Europe,
and Mexico, Akashi showed up to confront TAKU, who just completed his V1
defense of his crown against Seiji Ebisawa. While initially refused entry into
KJPW due to the personal feelings involved, The
Dream Catcher found his way into KJPW’s ring through a contract with SPIRIT
International. Once in front of the fans and wrestlers alike, TAKU could do
nothing but accept Akashi’s public challenge, or risk losing face.
Being
the first high profile singles match for Akashi in over a year, the Dream Catcher put a lot of work into his
entrance – giving it an elaborate Big
Match feel. Most notable was Akashi bringing down a heavenly shower of white feathers from the ceiling of the
Ota Ward Gymnasium! Akashi’s gear reflected the occasion, sporting a sleek,
futuristic white look with crimson trim. However, the determined Champion would
attempt to outdo his challenger with an elaborate outfit of fitted armor –
complete with helm! Despite being classified as an invader, Akashi appeared to have his share of fans in the building.
The
crowd quieted to a hush as the gong sounded. Both Champion and Challenger
circled one another and engaged in a brisk exchange of holds, ending with TAKU
securing a pressing headlock. With the occasional fan call piping up, the Dream Catcher managed to shove the
powerful Champion off into the ropes – who
collided head on! Even then, Akashi stood firm with his feet planted to the
mat! The trash talking immediately began with TAKU screaming, “Do you think
you’re tough, you pretty boy!” This led to TAKU naturally trying to rough up
the pretty boy with nasty knife-edge
chops. Showing he was more than a handsome face, Akashi returned fire with thudding elbows to the left side of
TAKU’s jaw. The exchange brought the crowd out of their focused silence as they
cheered with every shot. This in turn brought out the fire in Akashi, who began
to load up with two-three elbows at a time to somewhat stagger the Champion!
However, as Akashi raced off the ropes, TAKU recovered enough to act with a HARD chop across the oncoming Akashi’s
chest! With the shot echoing throughout Ota Ward Gymnasium, the Dream Catcher did his best to absorb the
shot – going as far as to demand ANOTHER
chop from TAKU! After Akashi came off the ropes, TAKU gladly obliged with a SMACKING chop across his already-red
chest! While faintly wincing at the flesh-tearing chop, Akashi demanded ANOTHER from the Rampaging Choujin! As Akashi came off the ropes for a second time,
TAKU switched it up – LARIATING THE DREAM
CATCHER’S HEAD OFF!! The Tokyo fans roared as TAKU’s mighty arm collided
with Akashi’s neck. The shot had enough force to send Akashi rolling to the
outside! While this gave Akashi time to recover – it gave the HEC Champion time
to prepare. As Akashi slowly got to
his feet, TAKU climbed to the top rope… After sizing his Challenger up from
afar, the crowd gasped in fear and amazement as TAKU LEAPT FROM THE POST – TO THE FLOOR – MISSILE KICKING AKASHI IN THE BACK
OF THE HEAD!! The amazing feat of sacrifice-for-reward clearly took as much
out of the TAKU as it did Akashi, as the Champion briefly appeared to be
holding his lower back upon getting to his feet – where he hoisted both arms
into the air to the cheers of the crowd! Showing the high stakes of this Title
Match, TAKU held nothing back against Akashi – a man he deems an Invader. This was illustrated as TAKU
hurled Akashi’s body into the steel security railing. However, after trying his
luck a second time, Akashi countered!
This time, with TAKU crashing into the railing, the Dream Catcher followed – BLASTING
TAKU WITH A RUNNING BOOT TO THE FACE! The kick sent the Champion FLYING over the rail – and into the lap
of a lucky female fan! Now it was Akashi’s time to use the outside to his advantage
as he dragged the Champion around the ring – before throwing him face first
into the steel ring post! Using anything he could find -- from a television
cable, to even a metal chair; would be used as an instrument of offense. The
two finally found their way in the isle way heading towards the entrance stage.
There, Akashi incited the concerned crowd by attempting to Vertically Suplex
TAKU onto the ramp! However, the resilience of the Champion showed through as
he blocked the attempt! After overpowering Akashi, TAKU turned the tables by
lifting Akashi overhead – and suplexing
him on the ramp! TAKU managed to reach his feet by the time Referee
Kajiwara reached the count of 14… After a brief crowd appeal, the Champion
returned to the ring with a reassuring sprint… However, as the referee’s count
hit 15, a look of hesitation struck TAKU’s face… At 16, the Champion suddenly
rolled back outside to retrieve Akashi! As the referee’s count
reached 18, TAKU tried to roll Akashi into the ring – ONLY TO BE TRIPPED BY THE CUNIVING DREAM CATCHER! With Akashi
rolling into the ring at 19, the fans
suddenly came UNGLUED – fearing they
were about to see the Championship change hands via RING OUT of all results! However, TAKU lived up to his “Superhuman”
persona by somehow THROWING himself
into the ring before 20 – allowing the fans AND TAKU to release a sigh of
relief… This saw the angry side of the normally aloof Akashi come out as he
viciously stomped and kicked the body of the Champion until TAKU was on the
ring apron. After a flurry of elbows and body punches, Akashi dragged TAKU’s
body through the middle rope. After a quick downward elbow to the neck, Akashi BLASTED TAKU with a jarring knee to the
face – before unceremoniously dumping the Champion’s body to the mat. After
dragging TAKU to the center, Akashi locked the Champion in a series of painful
holds – focusing mostly on face locks. Occasionally, Akashi would let up – just
long enough to drive his forearm into the sides of TAKU’s neck. Having enough,
TAKU soon fought his way back to a standing position; before finding himself in
the same situation he had Akashi earlier with a headlock. With no effort
however, the powerful Champion managed to shove Akashi into the ropes. This
time, TAKU BLASTED AKASHI WITH BOTH PALMS
TO THE CHEST! The thunderous shot sent shockwaves throughout the building,
along with another loud reaction from the crowd! Now it was the Champion’s time
to unleash his fire as he fired one chop after another upon Akashi in the
corner. After an Irish whip, TAKU followed into the opposite corner with a CRUSHING lariat! As Akashi staggered
out, TAKU followed with a snapping
ENZUIGIRI! With Akashi stunned, TAKU completed the combination with a winding Headbutt to finally send the
Challenger to the mat! After forcing Akashi to exert more of his strength by
kicking out of a cover, TAKU kept Akashi grounded with a painful neck vice to
further subdue the Challenger. After a few moments, TAKU relented just long
enough to send Akashi into the ropes. Upon rebound, TAKU knocked Akashi to the
mat with a hard back elbow, before
following it with a swift fist drop to the top of the head! The shot was enough
to wake Akashi up, who scrambled to a standing position – while grabbing hold
of his face. This led to another brutal striking exchange between the two, with
neither man wanting to show weakness. Finally however, Akashi goaded TAKU into
charging at him – before catching him with a leg sweep to drape TAKU throat
first across the middle rope! With TAKU in position, Akashi raced off the ropes
for a bit move… Only to suddenly stop as he reached TAKU – BEFORE KICKING THE MIDDLE ROPE TO SNAP IT INTO TAKU’S ADAM’S APPLE! The
unsporting move caused a roar of boos to wash over the gymnasium to the
personal amusement of Akashi – who posed arrogantly to even added heat.
Akashi continued to work over TAKU’s neck with a Camel Clutch. TAKU would be
forced to drag both himself and Akashi to the ropes for the break… The finesse and athleticism of Akashi began
to come into play as TAKU began to look somewhat fatigued having to keep with
Akashi’s pace. TAKU tried to fight back with chops and elbows using what energy
he had. Akashi absorbed the shots as if they were nothing, and further
antagonized the Champion by laughing
at his attempts! The Challenger’s arrogance prompted the crowd to rally in a loud chant of “TA-KU!” Feeding off their
support, the Rampaging Choujin slowly
waited for his moment to strike – countering
Akashi’s German Suplex attempt by reaching behind and grabbing Akashi by
his head – before THROWING HIM OVERHEAD
in an amazing display of power!
Akashi scrambled to his feet, only to be greeted with the SPEAR! Gaining his second wind, TAKU let out a passionate cry,
bringing out an equally loud ovation from the fans. Following through after the
Spear, TAKU naturally lifted the Dream
Catcher up vertically… With the fans waiting in anticipation, TAKU followed
through SLAMMING AKASHI INTO THE CANVAS
WITH THE JACKHAMMER! For the first time in the match, fans thought this
could have been the end – only for Akashi
to kick out after two! Akashi himself scrambled to his feet once more, and
kept TAKU at bay with a couple of kicks… However, as the Dream Catcher came off the ropes – the HEC Champion caught Akashi
with a SNAPPING FRANKENSTEINER –SPIKING HIM
HEAD FIRST! The surprising feat of agility from KJPW’s Ace caught even the
crowd off guard, who responded with a loud round of applause! Rather than
covering, TAKU climbed to the top rope once again… However, in taking too much
time in climbing to the top turnbuckle; Akashi jumped to his feet, where he CROTCHED TAKU ON THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!
Even further, Akashi followed with a HIGH
DROPKICK TO FACE – KNOCKING TAKU TO THE GYMNASIUM FLOOR! After taking a
brief moment to recover from the Frankensteiner, the Dream Catcher continued to defy reality by JUMPING TO THE TOP ROPE IN ONE CLEAN LEAP! After carefully waiting
for the Champion to rise, Akashi took a deep breath before closing his eyes and
again stretching his arms out in the familiar LEGION pose before LEAPING
WITH AN AMAZING TOPE CON GIRO FROM THE POST! Throwing himself forward in a
complete flip, Akashi’s 108kg frame came CRASHING
onto TAKU in a moment that took all 3,700+ fans breaths away! BOTH wrestlers
were tended to by their respective seconds; Daisuke Iwakuma and Go Taniguchi,
along with Referee Kajiwara; who checked to make sure both wrestlers could
continue. Indeed, the Dream Catcher
jumped to his feet – albeit with a slight hobble. But again, Akashi added an
exclamation mark with yet another pose. Even then, the fans couldn’t help but
be impressed with the dive… After returning to the ring, Akashi covered the
Champion – only for TAKU to kick out after two! Sensing TAKU was wounded,
Akashi tried going for the kill by gripping him from behind for the move that
earned Akashi several wins over his career – the German Suplex! However, as Akashi lifted TAKU up, the tough
Champion fought and kicked until Akashi was forced to relent momentarily – long
enough to hammer the back of TAKU’s head with hard elbows! This softened TAKU up to Akashi’s second advance, who
effortlessly lifted TAKU up – BEFORE FOLDING
HIM IN HALF WITH THE GERMAN SUPLEX HOLD! Referee Kajiwara made the diving count
– ONLY FOR TAKU TO KICK OUT AT 2.5! Amidst loud “TA-KU!” chants, the Rampaging Choujin scrambled his way to
his feet in time to walk into a second German Suplex attempt… This time
however, Akashi released the Suplex – DUMPING
TAKU ON HIS HEAD! While momentarily cringing at the sickening Suplex, the
crowd quickly roared in surprise as TAKU ROLLED
TO HIS FEET, AND BLASTED AKASHI WITH A DIVING LARIAT!! Wasting no time the
Ace of KJPW – TAKU lifted Akashi up, where he threw two BRUTAL elbows to the side of Akashi’s neck! The shots seemed to
revive the Dream Catcher slightly, as
he fought back with an elbow of his own. Like an animal toying with its prey, TAKU
threw another measured elbow, which sent Akashi nearly crumbling to the ground!
But again, the bold Challenger reached with everything he had to throw a harder
elbow – this time slightly staggering TAKU! It was enough to motivate Akashi to
strike with another! Just as TAKU aimed to counter, Akashi struck with a timely
Savate Kick to the body – bringing
TAKU to a knee! There, Akashi delivered a swift combination of Kesagiri chops,
before BLASTING TAKU WITH A VIOLENT SPINNING
LARIAT! After a cover-attempt for two, Akashi would size TAKU up for his Nightmare Cascade submission… However,
TAKU made a mad scramble to the ropes after sensing what was coming. Akashi
punished TAKU for the escape with short, annoying kicks to the face, followed
with a final kick – striking TAKU full
blast! Stunned, TAKU could do nothing to prevent Akashi lifted him
vertically – AND SPIKING HIM WITH A
BRAINBUSTER! With the Champion in severe danger, Akashi pointed to the
skies – before climbing to the top! After bringing his arms in dramatically,
Akashi leaped backwards with a graceful Moonsault
press – ONLY FOR TAKU TO TUCK HIS KNEES! The fans ERUPTED in cheers as Akashi walked aimlessly around the ring while
clutching his stomach… This left him open for another violent LARIAT FROM THE CHAMPION!!! Letting out
a rhythmic series of cries, TAKU pumped himself – and the crowd up as he waited
for Akashi to sit up… As he begun to tussle, the fiery Champion raced off the
ropes with the aim to finish Akashi with his Choujin Bomber! However, Akashi countered – CRADLING TAKU WITH A CRUCIFIX! While momentarily catching the
Champion off guard, HE MANAGED TO KICK
OUT AT 2.5! As Akashi scrambled to a seated position, he was met by the
faster Champion – who BLASTED HIM WITH
THE CHOUJIN BOMBER!! With the crowd coming unseated once more, TAKU covered
Akashi – feeling the end was nigh! However, the Dream Catcher once again defied expectations by KICKING OUT AT 2.5!
While
mildly frustrated, TAKU wasted very little time in pulling Akashi’s limp body
into the corner. After following in with yet another hard lariat, TAKU lifted Akashi up onto the top turnbuckle, where
he began signaling for the KINNIKU
BUSTER! However, in trying to hook both of Akashi’s legs, TAKU would lose
grip, and allow the Dream Catcher to
slip, where he tried once more for his patented German! With all 3,700+ fans
cheering on their respective favorite, the Champion frantically tried gripping
the top rope to break the grip… However, Akashi suddenly grabbed hold of TAKU’s
right arm – followed by his left!
With both his arms wrapped around TAKU’s body – including his arms, Akashi
reached back to his sophomore days yet again to fold the Champion in half with
his masterful Arm-trapped German Suplex hold – the AKASHI TRAP!! Once more, Referee Kajiwara dramatically leaped to
the mat to make the count – WITH TAKU
KICKING OUT AT 2.5! Now it was Akashi who appeared frustrated… Finally
however, a look of sudden brilliance came over his face. With an equally
satisfied grin, Akashi dragged TAKU’s body up slowly, while gripping hold of
both of TAKU’s arms… With the double Chicken Wing hooked, the Dream Catcher lifted TAKU up before
folding him in two with the TIGER SUPLEX
HOLD! Kajiwara again slid to the mat to count. His efforts were wasted
however, AS TAKU KICKED OUT BEFORE ONE! Giving the Champion no time to recover, Akashi pulled TAKU
up with an even more determined look than before, leading to him locking his
arms behind TAKU’s neck… After staving off a slight struggle, Akashi struck – DRIVING THE BACK OF TAKU’S NECK INTO THE MAT
WITH THE DRAGON SUPLEX HOLD! The crowd sensed this was the end, and counted
along with Kajiwara – ONLY FOR THE IRREPRESSIBLE
CHAMPION TO KICK OUT AT 2.5! Now, Akashi was ready to resort to brute
strength as he dragged TAKU’s lifeless body up…
While holding his head carefully, Akashi reared his right arm back,
before DECAPITATING TAKU WITH A
STRONG-ARM LARIAT!! Akashi collapsed onto TAKU’s body as the exhausted
Kajiwara once more hit the mat – WITH TAKU
KICKING OUT AT 2.999!!! Even the fans themselves seemed to be heading towards
fatigue as TAKU continually found the will to continue fight… Akashi however
was not amused, and was determined to continue punishing KJPW’s Ace until he
was prepared to relinquish his crown… Slowly, the Dream Catcher dragged TAKU to his feet from behind… Methodically,
Akashi began grabbing hold of TAKU’s arms once more… However, after Akashi
grabbed hold of his right arm, TAKU struck –
blasting Akashi with a hard back elbow! As TAKU tried to break away
however, he suddenly found himself pulled back towards Akashi -- WHO CUT HIM OFF WITH A VIOLENT SHORT
LARIAT!! The sheer impact of the shot sent the Champion NECK FIRST into the canvas! As Akashi
collapsed onto TAKU’s body, the fans once more gave what they had left to count
along with Referee Kajiwara – WHO RENDERED
THE THREE COUNT!!
The
sudden end to TAKU’s reign as HEC Heavyweight Champion was met with a
conflicted reaction among the 3,700+ fans in the building. While most
sympathized with the immensely popular TAKU, many fans couldn’t be help but to
be impressed with the man who has taken Japanese Pro-Wrestling by sport in the
matter of weeks… Akashi’s victory was met with unanimous joy by LEGION’s Daisuke
Iwakuma, Audrey Lloris, and Kameron Chase – who were personally on hand for the
bout… After TAKU was helped to the back by several KJPW Seikigun members, KJPW
CEO and Acting President Shigesato Ishiyama reluctantly awarded the Dream Catcher with his spoils – namely the
HEC Heavyweight Championship. As Akashi was handed his belt, he offered Mr.
Ishiyama a wry handshake. Not wanting to offend his new Champion, he was forced
but to accept the half-sincere gesture.
Finally,
TV personality Minase Sakaguchi entered the ring to conduct the customary Champion Interview. The very first
question asked was a blunt one. “Akashi-senshu, What are your intentions here in KJPW?” Keeping the same smile he
showed Mr. Ishiyama moments before, Akashi waited, before saying, “…To change
the world of Pro-Wrestling…” Leading with that pause, Akashi slowly raised his
right arm above his head – bicep cocked and all, before adding, “...You see, this arm HAS changed the world…” Akashi
further explained that the move he used to finish off TAKU was to be called the
Dream Weaver – as it was the moment
Akashi stitched together his dream – all while
seizing TAKU’s dream at the same time. This naturally raised the ire of the
crowd, who booed the braggadocios new Champion. After trying to get a more
direct answer, Sakaguchi actually found himself bullied to the outside by Chase
and Iwakuma at the behest of Akashi, who took the microphone for himself… Speaking
more earnestly, Akashi noted that his first opponent in the pro-wrestling ring
was, in fact TAKU. He said he was put
against TAKU because he was unquestionably the toughest wrestler on the roster –
and always forced him to keep up with his amazing pace. Akashi praised TAKU
even further, saying that his idea of what being a pro-wrestler changed after
that first match. Going as far as to refer to TAKU as “Okamoto-senpai,” Akashi
said he thanked TAKU from the bottom of his heart for bringing out the best in
him… While that brief moment of levity earned cheers and applause from the
crowd, Akashi quickly turned the crowd after adding, “…Which makes devouring
your DREAM all the more savory!”
At
this point, Akashi was confronted by SPIRIT
International of all people. While initially teasing tension with the
LEGION members, Ebisawa broke the silence by extending his hand to LEGION’s Daisuke Iwakuma! The two factions
clasped hands in a clear sign of an alliance of sorts. Elated, Akashi oddly
commented that the family is most happy when “Mama” and “Papa” get along. With the Invaders Alliance holding both HEC Championships, Akashi – along with
Ebisawa and Gakusha posed for several photos as the show came to an official
close…
Backstage,
Akashi made grandiose claims, such as offering any wrestling organization in
the world an HEC Heavyweight Title Match “for the right price.” This led to
Akashi shouting to Daisuke Iwakuma in clear English, “Daisuke! You call Mr.
Frost? OK?” Regarding his KJPW activity, Akashi stated that he took his
responsibility as Champion seriously, and would participate on every KJPW event
as its Champion. He went as far as to say that he would gladly accept the helm
of “Ace” if KJPW’s Seikigun willed it – though he acknowledged how ludicrous
that would be.
